SpaceX plans to launch another payload of Starlink satellites tonight from Vandenberg Space Force Base. The Falcon 9 rocket launch is scheduled for 9:19. it will carry the first six Starlink satellites with Direct to Cell capabilities. The technology will eventually allow mobile networks to be truly worldwide.
