Congressman Salud Carbajal announced yesterday that a bipartisan infrastructure law that will deliver nearly $1,000,000 to promote Santa Barbara County pedestrian safety and help reduce accidents. According to a press release, the funding is meant to help ensure Central Coast residents are safe while using roads and highways. Last year, San Luis Obispo County received 320,000 dollars for its Safe Streets Action Plan.
