Santa Maria’s Christmas Tree Recycling program got underway yesterday. Now through Friday, residents can leave their real, unflocked trees three feet from curbside trash bins on normal trash pick-up days. The Christmas Tree Recycling Program includes mobile homes and apartments. Pick-up charges will be applied after Friday.
