The numbers are in from Friday night’s DUI checkpoint hosted by the San Luis Obispo Police Department. According to yesterday’s press release, the officers made contact with 330 vehicles between 8 o’clock Friday night and 1 a.m. Saturday. One driver was arrested for driving under the influence and two others were cited for operating a vehicle unlicensed or with a suspended or revoked license. The checkpoint was funded by the California Office of Traffic Safety, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
