A former San Luis Obispo County employee was arrested yesterday. Norman Hibble’s arrest follows a months-long investigation into allegations of misappropriating County funds. According to a press release, a search warrant was served at his home and workspace last November. He was fired last month. Officials believe Hibble used a County credit card to purchase personal items estimated at
more than $100,000 over a 7-year period. He’ll face felony charges when he’s arraigned this week.
