Super Tuesday is less than a week away. On March 5th voters will be choosing a representative for the San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors in districts 1, 3, and 5, as well as judges, Senators, Members of Congress, State Assembly, and Superior Court judges. In Santa Barbara County, officials say only 11 percent of the mail-in ballots have been returned.
