The race for Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors’ first district seat is looking like an upset. With all the precincts reporting, Challenger Roy Lee has 51.9 percent of the vote while incumbent Das Williams is trailing with 47.6 percent. Meanwhile, Third District Supervisor Joan Hartman has won re-election and Bob Nelson looks like he’ll retain his Fourth District seat on the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors.
