The latest vote tally in Santa Barbara County has confirmed Carpinteria City Councilman Roy Lee’s victory in the race for the county’s First District seat on the Board of Supervisors. According to Noozhawk, Lee beat incumbent Das Williams by just 554 votes. Officials say more than 1700 ballots still need to be counted.
