A popular Santa Maria burger joint has reopened. Bill’s Take Out has sat idle for the past three years, following the deaths of the owners Salvador and Beatrice Barragan and their son Roberto. Yesterday, Bill’s Take Out fans began lining up more than an hour before the restaurant opened. It has been a Santa Maria favorite since 1974. They’re open on weekdays at 10:30 a.m. and weekends at 7 a.m.
