A former San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors candidate is facing several charges. Michelle Marie Morrow of Grover Beach ran for the District 3 seat on the board in March when she actually lived in District 4. According to the San Luis Obispo County D.A.’s Office, Morrow never lived at an address in District 3 at all. She’s now facing felony charges of filing false papers, voter fraud, and perjury.
