Renovations on a San Luis Obispo landmark are almost complete. The historic Anderson Hotel closed its doors last year for the first time in 100 years to begin a series of renovations. The Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo has been busy bringing the building up to code. Construction crews are putting the finishing touches on the Anderson Hotel, now being called the Anderson Hotel Apartments. Officials say the project is a significant investment in affordable housing in downtown San Luis Obispo.
