One of two former Cal Poly students accused of firing guns and storing a large firearms stash on Cal Poly’s campus learned his fate yesterday. Brandon Pham pleaded no contest to three felony counts last month. The judge in the case sentenced him to 210-day jail sentence along with two years of probation and 60 hours of community service. A hearing to determine his cohort, Charles Hojaboom’s competency is scheduled for September 30th.
