Commuters on Highway 101 will encounter traffic slow downs for roadwork this morning and again tomorrow. According to a Caltrans press release, The left northbound lane of Highway 101 will close between Monterey Street and Reservoir Canyon Road in San Luis Obispo from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.. Another closure is scheduled for tomorrow near Reservoir Canyon Road and Stagecoach Road in San Luis Obispo will shut down from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m..
