The Santa Maria man who’s accused of last month’s bombing incident at the Santa Maria Courthouse will be facing new charges when he’s in court tomorrow. According to the Department of Justice, Federal prosecutors plan to charge 20-year-old Nathaniel McGuire with the use of a weapon of mass destruction, in addition to the ten charges he’s currently facing. If convicted, McGuire would serve a mandatory minimum sentence of seven years in federal prison and a statutory maximum sentence of life in federal prison.
