Friends, family, and the Atascadero Police Department are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing person. 34-uear-old Todd Pinion was reported missing early yesterday morning. He’s described as 5-10, slender with long brown hair. He also has multiple tattoos, including a fox wrapped around his right arm and a dream catcher on his left arm. Authorities say they found his dog’s body on the Cuesta Grade. Pinion was last seen at an Atascadero McDonald’s early last Saturday morning.
