Vandenberg Space Force Base will be conducting a semi-annual active shooter exercise today and tomorrow. Base officials say people both on and off base may see emergency vehicles, temporary street closures, and Force Protection Conditions Level changes. Traffic delays on and off the base are also expected to be impacted as only the main entrance will be open during the exercises.
