San Luis Obispo Police officers, Sheriff’s deputies and a police dog spent a good part of yesterday afternoon looking for a burglary suspect. They were searching for Randy Picco on the hillside behind the Madonna Inn. He’s suspected of previous burglary incidents at the inn. He was spotted by a Madonna staff member who called police. Following an hours-long search, Picco was arrested in violation of his parole on suspicion of felony burglary and vandalism and was booked on a parole hold.
