San Luis Obispo Police took to social media to help locate a thief. The video shared on Instagram, show a man approach a parked gray pickup on Santa Rosa Street, cut a cable lock, and get away with two bikes. He’s then shown loading the bikes into an older white Dodge pickup. Anyone with helpful information about this incident is asked to contact the San Luis Obispo P.D.
