San Luis Obispo County’s first roundabout improvement project has entered a new phase. The second phase of the Avila Beach Drive project got underway yesterday. Drivers are being urged to use caution and to stay alert to changes and expect delays of up to ten minutes. The project is expected to be completed by late 2025.
