The heavy rains yesterday caused minimal damage impacts across San Luis Obispo County. That’s the word from the San Luis Obispo County’s Emergency Services Operations Center that was activated yesterday morning as the heaviest rain began to pound the county. The storm did cause some street flooding and some gas stations weren’t able to pump gas for awhile. Some broken windows, power outages, and down trees were reported. Officials say things could have been worse, considering how much rain fell in such a short time.
