Two San Luis Obispo residents have been arrested and charged with felony elder abuse. Police say the 60-year-old victim noticed several transactions in his bank records that he did not make. He told police that he gave his debit card to his caregiver to pick up his medication. Investigators discovered 37-year-old Jessica Hamilton and her boyfriend, 36-year-old Rafael Gonzales had also used the card at Chumash Casino and Skyzone trampoline park. They also made ATM withdrawals of more than 2700 dollars.
