Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s deputies say they arrested a man accused of prowling near the Orcutt Goodwill store. Deputies say John Wood was seen prowling near the rear of the store late Monday night. When they tried to make contact with Wood, he evaded them for a short time. He then gave the deputies a false identity. It didn’t get better for Mr. Wood, as he was caught with drug paraphernalia and a stolen gun. He’s also a convicted felon with three outstanding warrants… His bail was set at 15,000 dollars.
