As the number of COVID-19 cases continues to climb statewide, Central Coast numbers are following suit. San Luis Obispo County reported 38 new cases of COVID-19 yesterday. That number is a total from the weekend. 24 cases on Saturday, three on Sunday, and 11 new cases on Monday. Health officials in Santa Barbara County reported a total of 2,446 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the county including two more COVID-19 related deaths, bringing the county’s total COVID-19-related deaths to 27.
