Health officials in San Luis Obispo County added 24 new cases of COVID-19. that brings the county’s total to 3,779. 3,553 have fully recovered. Santa Barbara County added 23 new cases of the virus, bringing the county’s total to 9,363 confirmed cases with 9,125 people fully recovering from the virus. In order for both counties to move into a less restrictive category, officials say we need a positivity of less than 2% countywide.
