Pismo Beach Police are investigating a hit and run incident. Authorities say it happened late Wednesday night just before 11 o’clock. That’s when a 2005 Volvo got to the end of Silver Shoals Drive, careened off the road, going through a grass area, and a chain fence before slamming into the sand at the bottom of a cliff.
