Fire officials say the Alisal Fire has destroyed 12 homes. The updated number comes from the Cal Fire Damage Inspection Team. The fire’s acreage has not increased in the past couple of days and remains at 17,281 acres. The fire is still 97% contained. Forest officials warn that rainfall forecast over the weekend could potentially cause mud and debris flow on roads within the burn scar area.
