If you’re planning on taking Amtrak over the Thanksgiving holiday you’ll have to make a reservation. Officials are anticipating an increase in travelers on the Amtrak Surfliner over the holiday. reservations will be required from Wednesday, Nov. 24th through Monday, Nov. 29th. Travelers are encouraged to plan ahead and book early to guarantee available tickets.
