San Luis Obispo Police say a man was arrested yesterday following an incident that ended with his car crashing in the Trader Joe’s parking lot. According to the department’s Facebook page, the suspect broke into a home near Trader Joe’s on South Higuera. He was confronted by the residents and fled. Police believe the suspect miscalculated a turn and launched over the Trader Joe’s landscape wall. He was arrested on several charges including, being under the influence of a controlled substance.
