For the second time in as many weeks, a stretch of Highway 1 has been closed to traffic. Caltrans officials say, the current storm rolling through the area and a rockslide is to blame. The highway is closed between Ragged Point and the Big Sur Inn in Monterey County. Caltrans crews will evaluate the area this morning to determine when the stretch of highway will reopen.
