Santa Maria Police have identified the man whose body was discovered in a car over the weekend. He’s 61-year-old Luis Jimenez. Investigators say his body was found with gunshot wounds Saturday morning at around 10:20 near Main Street and Hansen Way. Very little else is known about the victim and police are asking anyone with helpful information about him to contact the Santa Maria Police Department.
