Paso Robles Man Facing Fentanyl Charges

A Paso Robles man was indicted yesterday on drug charges connected to the death of a 19-year-old. 24-year-old Timothy Wolfe is accused of distributing fentanyl causing death, and possession with the intent to distribute alprazolam. Prosecutors say he sold three pills that appeared to be Percocet to 19-year-old Emilio Velci. Investigators say the pills were laced with fentanyl. Velci died of fentanyl intoxication. Wolfe is facing drug charges and a charge of second-degree murder. He’s due back in court this morning.
