Paso Robles city officials have opened a couple of cooling centers during the duration of the heat wave that’s gripping San Luis Obispo’s north county. Residents can beat the heat at The Paso Robles City Hall cooling center. It’ll be open daily from noon to 6 p.m. through Labor Day. The City’s Public Library will remain open during regular operating hours, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
