California State Parks officials are calling for a do-over. A contractor for the State Parks Department built a concrete ramp to the Oceano Dunes at the Grand Avenue entrance. Just another step to help reduce dust. The ramp cost 68,000 dollars to build. It was being torn out this week because it did not meet State Parks standards. Officials are hopeful a new ramp will be finished within eight weeks.
