Lompoc Police say they have arrested a 17-year-old in connection with the murder of a Lompoc man. The teen was already in custody for an unrelated crime. 37-year-old Maurilio De La Cruz was gunned down in the early morning hours of February 19th. Another man, Jorge Tafoya Jr., was arrested at the end of March in connection with the murder.
