Santa Maria Police have arrested a suspect they believe was involved in a shooting incident last month. Investigators say the shooting happened on October 9th just before 6:30 p.m.. Two female victims, 17 and 18 years old suffered serious injuries. Yesterday, police arrested a 15-year-old boy in connection with the shooting. They say he’s a known gang member and is facing attempted murder charges. A second suspect also believed to be a gang member, is still on the loose. The victims are expected to recover.
