Hazardous Central Coast Weather

Driving on the Central Coast could be a bit hazardous. A new storm system moved into the area over night, and is expected to drop up to 4 inches of rain by tomorrow afternoon. The national weather service has post flood watches for the area. High wind warnings are also in effect through tomorrow morning. According to a press release from the San Luis Obispo County Office of Emergency Services, the storm system could bring “localized flooding, high winds, power outages and strong surf conditions.”
