Hundreds of people were at the Santa Maria Airport last night to welcome home a group of veterans returning from their Honor Flight trip to Washington D.C… After a small delay, the record group of 74 vets from WW II, The Korean, and Vietnam Wars were welcomed home by a crowd of more than 700 people. The vets had been in Washington D.C. to visit the memorials that honor the service in the U.S. military.
