Tips from the public led to the arrest of a Santa Maria man. San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Deputies received reports that 26-year-old Michael Santiago was dealing drugs in SLO County. Investigators served a search warrant at his home on Agnes Avenue in Santa Maria. They discovered more than 166 grams of heroin, with an estimated street value between 10,000 and 13,000 dollars. They also found a 9mm handgun and a .22 rifle that had been reported stolen in Nipomo.
