The Atascadero Chamber of Commerce has announced a new workforce development program manager. Gloria Balderas will be contacting local businesses to offer layoff assistance to both business owners and employees to help them get through the process more efficiently and avoid layoffs. The Chamber’s new Workforce Development Program will also offer several business resources in recruitment, grant information, and loans.
