Emergency repairs to Highway 1 will force commuters in Lompoc to find a new route. Highway 1 will be closed one-half mile north of Jalama Road will result in a full closure from the Highway 1/101 Interchange at Las Cruces to the Highway 1/246 Interchange in Lompoc. The full closure will begin this morning at 9 and last until about 3 this afternoon.
