No New Sentence For Convicted Bank Robber

A Paso Robles man serving time for a 2010 bank robbery in Paso Robles will not be getting a new sentence. Thomas Kincade was found guilty in 2010 of kidnapping to commit a robbery, two counts of second-degree robbery, and eight counts of false imprisonment by violence. He was sentenced to 55-years to life in prison. Yesterday San Luis Obispo Superior Court Judge Timothy Covello found that Kincade’s petition for resentencing held no legal merit. Kincade will continue to serve his time in Soledad.
