The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office says a convicted felon is back behind bars. Officials say detectives severed a search warrant late last month at a home on Farousse Way in rural Paso Robles. They found 24 guns, multiple calibers of ammo and an IED. 51-year-old Billy Benjamin Hernandez was taken into custody on several weapons violations. Another search warrant was served at a second home in Atascadero where authorities found more firearms. All total, Hernandez is facing 68 counts.
