An Atascadero barbershop owner is going to trial. A judge ruled yesterday that, there was enough evidence for 35-year-old Nate Abate face several sexual assault charges. The case came to light after a former San Luis Obispo County resident shared her story of assault on social media, naming Abate and the former owner of Kin Coffee Julian Contreras. Abate has pleaded not guilty. Investigators believe Contreras has fled to Mexico.
