A new proposed development project could bring a mixed-use development to San Luis Obispo’s Railroad District. The project by Obispo Investments Inc. would bring three buildings to 1925 Santa Barbara Avenue. City officials say the project would include a commercial suite, an accessible living unit, and three housing units. It would be built where a single small building now stands. The city’s Cultural Heritage Commission will review the plans on Monday.
