The former San Luis Obispo County I.T. employee accused of using a county credit card to purchase personal items was back in front of a judge yesterday. Norman Hibble is facing 12 felony counts of misappropriation of public funds. According to KSBY, Hibble used more than a quarter of a million dollars of public funds to buy items like a crossbow and personal DJ and photography equipment for a side business between 2017 and 2023. He was released on bond and is due back in court next month.
