The San Luis Obispo County Planning Commission has approved another Nipomo Housing project. The new housing development will be a 72-unit apartment complex located off Magenta Lane. One apartment will be a manager’s residence with the remaining units considered affordable housing. The project has a few more hurdles to clear before construction can begin.
