A local healthcare company has teamed with a leading food recovery organization to help feed the hundreds on the Central Coast. All three Dignity Health hospitals, Marian Regional Medical Center in Santa Maria, French Hospital in San Luis Obispo, and Arroyo Grande Community Hospital are taking part in the new program. According to KEYT, the hospitals donate any unused food to Rescue Mission Alliance. So far the program has delivered 529 meals and close to 174,000 gallons of water.
