High schools across the country participated in the Every 15 Minutes program yesterday. Templeton and Righetti High Schools were included in the nationwide campaign to educate high schoolers about the risks of driving under the influence. The simulation included the deaths and arrest of DUI students. Officials say since the beginning of the Every 15 Minutes program, statistics have improved. Now, someone is killed in an alcohol-related crash every 22 minutes.
