Last month, a Lompoc High School substitute teach was found unresponsive in a restroom. It was later determined that Matthew O’Hanlon had overdosed. He was also in possession of suspected methamphetamine and fentanyl. According to KSBY, The school district has decided to part ways with O’Hanlon who remains in custody.
