Cuesta College has settled a lawsuit by an employee whistleblower. The employee had reported to the San Luis Obispo County D.A.’s Office that supervisors and coworkers were misusing the college’s vehicles and auto repair shop for personal reasons. In the lawsuit, he claimed the school retaliated against him and his family. The suit was settled for more than 60,000 dollars.
